Preventative measure
Cause

This is by design of Windows 10 October 2018 Update.

Resolution

Before update to Windows 10 October 2018 Update, the WLAN driver and Bluetooth driver need to be updated.

  • Windows 10 64-bit Enterprise


When the PC is rebooted, touch might not be effective.
Cause

This is part of the Function Manager specification.

Resolution

Function Manager sets "Pen Only" by sign-in. If you want to change "Touch & Pen". After sign-in, please start Function Manager and set "Touch & Pen" by "Touch Panel" button.

If you want to disable Function Manager sign-in options, please change the following settings when you can touch in the sign-in screen after rebooting.

1. From the [Start] button, select [Settings].
2. Select [Accounts] - [Sign-in options]
3. Select "off" in "Use my sign-in info to automatically finish setting up my device after update or restart".
