Important Rebate Notice

If you submitted a Fujitsu LifeBook rebate claim prior to 2009, please read the notice below.

This notice is to inform you that, due to processing issues with our previous third-party service provider regarding Fujitsu LifeBook® mobile computer mail-in rebate(s), you may have experienced issues with your rebate claim(s). Please review your rebate status below and take the appropriate action(s) should you fit within any of the categories.

If you have received a rebate check, but have yet to deposit or cash it, please do not attempt to deposit or cash the check (as we believe it will not be honored) and send the check back to us along with copies of your rebate submission, including rebate form, store receipt or confirmation, and a copy of the UPC code. If you do not have copies of your submission, please send your name, address, phone number, email address, rebate promotion number, LifeBook computer model, and rebate submission ID. We will reissue a new check to you within 4-6 weeks following receipt of your materials.

If you have received a rebate check, have attempted to deposit or cash it, and the check was declined, please return either the rebate check (if in your possession) or a copy of the communication from your financial institution explaining its refusal to honor the check, along with copies of your rebate submission including rebate form, store receipt or confirmation, and a copy of the UPC code. If you do not have copies of your submission, please send your name, address, phone number, email address, rebate promotion number, LifeBook computer model, and rebate submission ID. We will reissue a new check to you within 4-6 weeks following receipt of your materials.

Additionally, if you incurred any bank checking fees as a result of depositing your rebate check, please send in proof of such fees and we will reimburse you for the full amount of the fee as well within 4-6 weeks following receipt of your materials.

If you have submitted your rebate claim, but have yet to receive notice regarding your claim status, please send us copies of your rebate submission including rebate form, store receipt or confirmation, and a copy of the UPC code. We will verify your claim and, if qualifying under the terms of the rebate offer, issue a new check to you within 4-6 weeks following receipt of your materials.

If you have received communication from our service provider that your claim is invalid, but have reason to believe your claim is valid, please send us copies of your rebate submission including rebate form, store receipt or confirmation, and a copy of the UPC code. If you do not have copies of your submission, please send your name, address, phone number, rebate promotion number, LifeBook computer model, and rebate submission ID. We will verify your claim and, if qualifying under the terms of the rebate offer, issue a new check to you within 4-6 weeks following receipt of your materials.

If you have not yet submitted your rebate claim and the term of the rebate offer has not expired, please send your rebate submission to the address below and include the required items listed in the submission form. We will verify your claim and, if qualifying under the terms of the rebate offer, issue a check to you within 4-6 weeks following receipt of your materials.
