The recent certifications further extend the Fujitsu global range of energy-efficient server choices to cover most business application. Set by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), ENERGY STAR standards confirm that products meet stringent criteria and help customers easily identify energy-efficient systems. The EPA uses Energy Star 1.0 rating for Enterprise Servers while Energy Star 5.0 is for Small Scale Servers.

The ENERGY STAR Server certification allows customers to choose between a number of different systems, including:

• PRIMERGY TX150 S7, TX200 S6, TX300 S6 + PRIMERGY RX100 S6, RX200 S6, RX300 S6 (Energy Star Server 1.0 Family certification)
• PRIMERGY TX100 S2 + PRIMERGY TX120 S2 (Energy Star 5.0 certification)

Many of these PRIMERGY x86 servers are available globally, however availability of the Energy Star Server 1.0 Family certification models varies by region.
