Fujitsu provides end-to-end, world-class services and support for all of its products, to help you deploy, maintain and enhance their performance and your operations. We leverage our extensive multi-platform and multi-vendor expertise in our 24x7x365 Global Service Centers.

  • For enterprise products, Fujitsu provides professional services that assist in solution development, including many that help create a reliable customer environment.
  • Professional services include assessment, design, installation, configuration and integration, as well as clustering (redundancy), remote monitoring and advance failure analysis.
  • For companies that have purchased our mobile products, we provide a full spectrum of services that include depot repair programs as well as operating system and hardware support.
  • We perform onsite hot sparing in some locations for certain critical industries.
  • Customers can extend the one-year International Service contract to either three or five years (subject to International Limited Warranty terms and conditions).
